At Rit Dye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home dyeing projects. If a product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened dye bottles or powders in their original shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Rit

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
